CNC Studebaker v8

I understand that one or 2 have been built. Or either the job was stopped because of expense. Anyone know? Is this a billet operation? Using reference points a factory iron block could be mastered with cooling refinements and other items like a thicker deck. A low deck vesion might be of concern? Tom O.
