We just did an upgrade to the newest version of the forums operating software.
We are getting various attacks by spammers, who've figured out how to bypass the security questions, required for registration. However, since I have to OK and activate every membership, they've been kept off the forums. I'm working on getting new/upgraded security for new registrations.
